Ripon Handique

Ripon Handique (b.1983) lived and studied in Nagaland, Assam, Andhra Pradesh and Delhi. He worked as a teacher, vice-principal and Asst. Prof. for around 8 years in Nagaland. Son of teachers from middle-class families, the minor and the micro are what predominate in his poetics.Interests include history, philosophy, religion and culture-mostly Indian. Some of his poems have been included in Criterion, Ashvamegh, Taj Mahal Review and The Literary Herald.
